A man once indicted for murder and a notorious celeb womanizer was arrested this morning on felony assault charges, along with the owner of Villa nightclub.
The ruckus started at Les Deux nightclub in West Hollywood, where Chris Paciello -- who has reportedly dated Madonna, Naomi Campbell, Jennifer Lopez and Niki Taylor -- was hanging out with Cuttino Mobley of the LA Clippers.
The victim allegedly exchanged words with Chris and Cuttino. We're told Paciello left Les Deux, went over to Villa, picked up Villa's owner Reza Roohi and, we're told, the two then went on a hunt for the alleged victim.
They found him at San Vicente and Sunset Blvd. We're told Paciello and Roohi allegedly beat up the victim, though the injuries are not life threatening.
A nearby gas station security camera apparently captured the incident and the video is in the custody of the Sheriff's Department.
Paciello and Roohi currently are being booked on felony assault charges.
Paciello, who is being booked under the name of Christian Luzwigsen, is currently on parole.
Ronald Richards, lawyer for Villa, released this statement: "Mr. Roohi had nothing to do with the dispute, he was merely there to keep the peace. The incident had nothing to do with the bar whatsoever."
UPDATE: TMZ has spoken with the alleged victim, Will Wright. He says Reza was driving and hit Will dead-on with the car. Will says his forehead hit the hood, causing a cut that needed 15 stitches. Once Will flew back and landed on the pavement, he says Paciello got out of the passenger side and gave him the beating.

Now that she's a new mother, Jennifer Lopez has no need for Madre's -- her Latin restaurant has closed.
A sign on the Pasadena eatery says it shuttered on July 1st "until further notice." Madre's had been in business for over six years -- a lifetime in the world of celeb restaurants. In contrast, Britney's NYC joint NYLA lasted less than a year.
A rep for Jennifer has yet to get back to us.

At least someone in the Jennifer Lopez family is eating -- her dog allegedly took a bite out of a flight attendant on a private jet, and now the eaten party wants $5 million from Jenny.
Lisa Wilson filed suit yesterday in Brooklyn Federal Court, alleging that Floyd -- a guard dog -- "lunged" at her when she walked past him during the 2006 flight, making her go ass-over-elbow and giving her such debilitating back pain that she had to have serious surgery.
Wilson claims that J. Lo knew the dog had "vicious propensities" and should've controlled it. J. Lo's peeps had no immediate comment.

Just three months after giving birth to twins, Jennifer Lopez is looking like a fly girl in a bikini in Spain -- while her husrunt Marc Anthony can't weigh more than newborn Max and Emme! Is he a preemie?

Her eldest daughter checked into rehab three times in one year and she's pimping out her 14-year-old daughter on a new reality show ... so it's natural that an organization would want to give Dina Lohan a mother of the year award. She's lucky Joan Crawford is dead!
Mingling Moms, a social networking organization for mothers, is naming LiLo's mommie dearest one of its Top 20 Long Island Mothers of Celebrities at a ceremony on Tuesday. Holy Mother of God.
While there are some deserving A-list 516 moms on the list -- like Baldwin Brothers matriarch Carol Baldwin, who is a breast cancer survivor and activist -- the org will also give J.Lo the Special Celebrity Mom of the Year award for the two months she's been one!

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony were very adamant that their new docu-series is not a "reality show."
Outside Sofrito restaurant in NY, Marc said there's no "reality show bulls**t" with the project, which revolves around the launch of yet another J. Lo fragrance. She's really making an 8th perfume? Smells like bulls**t to us!

People mag's spread on J.Lo and Marc Anthony's newborn twins has shocked some staffers at Parents magazine.
The peeved peeps posted an open memo to J.Lo citing numerous baby safety hazards. But TMZ spoke to Kimberlee at Boo Boo Busters, a child safety company, and they say J.Lo is totally in the right.
